Author of the Week: Frewin Jones

I would like to start off by introducing Frewin Jones as one of my favorite authors.  His Faeire Path series had me begging on my knees for more.  I think I cried when it was over.  I had grown to like all the characters and felt like I knew them over the span of this five book series.  Five books to get to know the fabulous world Jones created.  I truly wasn’t disappointed at all by any of these books.  Though, I did have to wait patiently for the last book to be written and placed on the shelves of the library.

Quick Facts: Jones was born in 1954 in Walpurgisnacht.  He met his second wife Claudia in Liverpool and they’ve been married ever since.
One thing I also like about this author is that he loves cats! (Sorry Nicolette! P.S. when you get a car I’m going to buy you a kitty bumper sticker. Maybe: “Got Cats?”)
Works by this Author: Series: The Faerie Path, Destiny’s Path (also known as Warrior Princess), the Six Crowns, Hunter and Moon Mysteries, etc.

I’ve considered writing to him and production companies that I believe that his Faerie Path series should be made into a movie, but that will just have to wait for another time.  And if by some stroke of luck they end up creating this series on the big screen, I would like a chance to audition for a part!  It could happen…I mean, I was Brigitta in my high school’s production of The Sound of Music.  That must count for something right?  I plan to get my start by somehow being on the big screen and then from there on I can get closer and closer to my dream of being on Broadway!
