Hello! We would like to welcome our newest member to Eloquence: Maretta Rose! Yes, we have the privilege of knowing her in real life and she is truly amazing. She shares that same passion for reading as me, Annalee, and Nicolette. I'd like to take this time to introduce her and also tell you what reviews to expect from her. She is graciously cooperating to read the books I tell her to, though I'd only make her read those that she found interest in. I'm not that bossy...others could disagree but whatever.
Maretta is a pseudonym because here at Eloquence we love having fake names! It's actually kind of fun...you should try it sometime! She loves to sing, even if it’s only in the seclusion of her bedroom and singing into her hairbrush instead of microphone. (SAME HERE!) And from experience I know that her dog is very hyper and loves to jump on people, even whom they've just acquainted. That’s why me and her dog are different...I don’t jump on people unless I know them. Seriously ask my friends! I'm sure all of them can report being jumped on from behind at running speed more than a couple times. Now back to Maretta! Together we took Honors Writing and American Foundations which is totally loads of fun if you have as awesome a teacher as we had! And thanks to that awesome teacher, I got to sit next to her all second semester! Party Much? Yup we are a riot!
